Changing our
Design and Manufacturing Processes
We have moved to a 90% digital design process, reducing the need for printed materials where possible and using paper made from recyclable materials where hard copies are needed.
In recent years, we have adapted our design process to include extensive research into the materials we use to manufacture, and have encouraged our suppliers to do the same. As a result of our commitment to minimize the impact of our activities on the environment, we only manufacture wood from FSC certified sources.
We now use eco-packaging consistently across the company, so we've stopped shipping goods with Styrofoam and plastic wherever possible, using alternative recyclable materials like cardboard boxes and wood instead.
